RE:Private Placement?On the nose AlmostThere...and also what I surmised and posted after the pre-emptive contract announcement. However I thought with yesterdays action to bring it back down to the 65 cent level that it would be issued around there vs. 58 cents. Not sure Peter maximized value here as the pre-announcement was essentially for nothing as we were already range bound in that area. Also hate seeing a full warrant vs. a half at this point given the near term potential and derisking.
The positive is that nothing should hold back the rise now and I expect to see it quickly back above 70 when this closes.
