I see that there are some out there that can sort the trees from the forest.
The name Drosrite should be owned by us especially if a trademark and we would have had to give our permission for the use thereof.
If the LLC was incorporated in Dec 2018 then it takes a while to conclude a deal (I am thinking the middle east more time than other areas ...) and get set up in the USA ...
I own a large position in PYR and I am really disappointed here. I am waiting for a news release by PYR explaining the placing of an intermediary between PYR and the purchasers when we have done all the work and Peter is at the helm of the intermediary. Dollars to donuts, the majority of the profits will go to the LLC, I have no doubt.
l dont intend to post on a regular basis but will comment periodically however I would like to thank the contributor who noted the LLC article for us to connect the dots ...
If Peter is involved in the LLC, his shares/units etc should be transferred to PYR. This would be an amicable solution. I might add we would include his family as well.
