I believe the 2018 4Q & year end results were released Apr 30/19 and it's fairly normal for year end results to be delayed due to auditors etc. Also, since no press release announcing receipt of initial Drosrite contract payment was received it's possible the results were not as positive as was hoped. I believe revenue from powder sales will be reported quarterly as 'going concern' revenue rather than new press releases for every sale as I believe this is now a production segment business. Since I understand PYR has not been cash flow positive the company has stated previously they fund operations in part with loans, debentures, and new equity. Hope this helps.
