Just found this information about PyroGenesis CEO P. Peter Pascali, whereby he just invested another $180,000 into PYR byway of exercising 600,000 options at $0.30 LINK HERE

From the same SEDI report, it also clear that he did not sell any shares to exercise his options...

Now, I know that our resident bashing trolls will make every effort possible to come up with many doomsday reasons to explain this like... "This proves that the contract is not real"... ETC...

But from my many years of experience, I know that exercising your option just before breakout news occurs is a very smart tax move, as it limits the tax burden of the transaction to lower market prices. It is also the only thing an insider can do, has he cannot buy in the market...

So my take on of all this is that the resolutions of this situation is, in the words of Peter, imminent...
