So... it appears the funds intended to be transferred to PYR from DI is likely the NET funds; revenue received by DI minus expenses incurred processing the contract to that point. The press release doesn't state specific amounts although DI has previously stated they would invoice in 4 x $2mm invoices when benchmarks are reached. This may mean that if $2mm is invoiced and paid, and covers $1.8mm in expenses, the cash flow would likely amount to $200k. It would be nice to see actual numbers associated with the PR.
