My point was this probably isn't the right time to try to attract outside investors to a spin off if the objective is to get the biggest bang for the buck. The current lag in share price of PYR is probably directly related to the lack of confidence the market has in management in that they have a history of making press releases about wondrous potential, including expected payments being imminent, that haven't come to pass. Last years cancellation of a multi-million dollar contract hasn't helped. To attract big buck new investors management needs to prove they can deliver on revenue and profitability projections.

An big investor who wants to invest ( a lot of money ) in powder
has no interest in dross.
He will never invest his money in the previous PYR.
