RE:RE:RE:The tsx comp gained 9.7% tannin... I think your rose coloured glasses are hindering your reading abilities. I never suggested PYR consider suing. In fact, I inferred it would probably be futile if a default was recognized.
You also stated the Flow of funds from the Drosrite contract was apparently signed, sealed and delivered. In fact, Peter wrote on Agoracom last week that IF a payment was received they would issue a press release and that hasn't happened sooo funds have not been delivered.
It is understandable for shareholders to hold tightly to the notion all is well and will get better but, for now, it appears to be same old, same old.

Flow of funds to finance new Drosrite contract apparantly singed, sealed and delivered. To the poster to quested why PYR doesn't have any biz on this continent....the previous contract with the U.S. navy is this continent....and the contract we expect to get this year for the same installation in their next aircraft carrier. In a general sense though, so much mfg, including maybe especially dirty power hungry smelting/refining, is now offshore, I'm pleased we're making headway there.
Re our new Drosrite contract, it looks aok to me...however, we are currently in strange times and anything could happen. What I fundamentally believe, is that Peter is giving us the straight goods.....and that he has huge personal dollars in PYR....both work for me.
