In Ict it was going to be $6.4M in 2-4 weeks, then Nov payments of $2M each, Jan it was a matter of days, then Msrch it's diwn to $1M received by DI but they they don't expect to announce further payments received... With PYR now borrowing more money and delaying paying debts right at the time payments are expected to come in weekly? I though Disney closed Fantasyland?

I suggest that the delay in receiving the monies from our Arab friends caaused a lot of concern which would have driven this solution some time ago.
