RE:RE:Up next? An acquistion??

RE:RE:Up next? An acquistion??It is a private company... But has some interesting and patented applications for plasma tech. Would love for this to happen! Sorry about the spelling mistakes earlier but been celebrating for 2 days now!! Brain is not functioning as well! Wanted to share this thought though.

Congrates to all the longs!!

It doesn't look like they are publically traded so finding the information to the many questions you raise might be difficult.

However you made me curious enough to spend some time digging.

With all the new contracts potentially coming in, the next issue for pyro may very well be the fact that they are constrained by current production limitations (one facility can only produce so many torches). Those that have watched Peters latest agoracom interview may recall his answer to the question of outsourcing production. Peter said "I am not a fan of outsourcing". Peters backgound is as an investment banker so an acquistion would be in his wheelhouse. So who would be a good target?? For me the keys are... 1) Manufacturing capacity 2) Plasma expertise 3) Track record of performance 4) Synergies 5) Value. Once the ink is on the first contract banks will be tripping over themselves to give us what we need in terms of financing for any deals. I know what some of you are thinking.... We take out GE right?? Well not yet. How about a company that makes plasma torch systems, has manufacturing capacity, is based in an area that is the carbon reduction initative capitol of the world, has there own patented plasma technology AND has been around for over 30 years. Yes this company exists!!I

The company is Scanarc... Let me know what you think of acquiring this company. Link below

PS-This is likely the company we out bid for the RISE contract.
