The following is a a blog by Developbc, and certainly was a nice finishing close @ $ 4.41.
Great close up at $4.41 more great consolidation moving fwd!
My apologies on the error I just noticed..NOT $4.39..$4.41 close
Bodes very well as PYR continues to accelerate!!!!! Management has reason to believe that interest in the Company will only increase over the foreseeable future. As such, Management has decided that several strategies that have been articulated in the past (up listings, spinoffs) can now be accelerated as many of the impediments to moving quickly have been removed and have taken steps to do so.
Having a larger market capitalization has also helped in discussions with potential customers who take comfort from the possibility that a higher market capitalization may translate into easier access to capital. For the record, there is no intention at this time to raise capital for working capital purposes.
2020 is without a doubt the year that the long awaited breakout, which began in the second half of 2019, takes place; it is in fact already upon us: It is simply outstanding how PYR shot from a low of $ 0.49 on 04/30/2020 to today with a closing of $ 4.41. A 800 % incr. in 2.5 months. Yes, it seriously beats your regular savings acct. rate which is 100% taxable on interest earnings. Waiting for a year for those very little annual interest savings can be disappointing too.
As of 03/31/2020, the o/s shares of PYR stands @ 142.8M shares. Thus using the closing price of $ 4.41, it represents a market cap of $ 629.7M. Using the sp of $ 0.49 of just 2.5 months ago, would have given us a market cap of $ 70M. A weeee difference of $ 559.7M. A world of difference certainly, in more ways than one.
It's a beginning one might say of things to come as this value increase, IMO, was due basically to the potentials of iron ore pellet contracts.
Fair to say that as talks are ongoing, things are very much looking brighter for PYR.
Imagine you are a large multi billion $ firm. Some point in time, if upon signing a very large contract with PYR, you will be explaining to your shareholders as to what's up. Certainly with a very significant purchase, many shareholders may say/ask, With Who & What Product ( plasma you say !! ) ?? !!
Fair to say, far easier to explain to them you are dealing with a world leader in plasma tech that now has a significant market cap far more worthy than was seen on 04/30/2020.
Further higher market cap coming for PYR, you ask ? IMO, I see that happening.
Just an important note one does not hear so much on this board. Yes, there will be a vey significant sp appreciation for PYR upon a first, large signing. But let's not forget the sp benefits for those very same Blue Chip Clients when they showcase their fight against GHG, and climate change. I see they ( PYR Clients) will reap rewards, in many ways, of going plasma tech with the world's finest, PYR.
Simply, IMO, the sp appreciation for all firms involved ( producer & consumer) will be significant, and also in which All shareholders will reap good fortune. It is a 2 way street. All good for All . :):):)
Best wishes All, good health,
Good Fortune,
Sincerely,
Topseeker
P.S. A never ending Thanks to Peter and his PYR team. Their R & D has taken the Science Fiction out of plasma tech and proving it's now Science Fact. Bravo, one & all. Sincerely, Topseeker
