And there is no way that any of these Clients would want this project completed over 10 years!
I work in heavy industry, and the Capex and turnaround of this would be at done as quickly as a possible.

Well, what if this whole contract would state, that the whole replacement of those old torches by Pyro torches would be done (or be paid!) within a timeframe of say 10 years?
Wouldn´t we have to divide this by 10, so getting a justifiable share price of $0,40 for that one deal (@ PE of 1, of course)?
