I am so sure of contract(s) signing that I have already given my retirement notice. Though my hefty PYR holdings are by no means my only retirement savings, they have sure given the bottom line a juicy jump this year!! Life is good!!

Yup that is me, haven't sold any yet. I am very conservative by nature and though some might argue that these are still risked "unrealized gains", I am pretty comfortable with the gamble at this stage. Which is saying a lot, as I am not a risk taker.
