RE:RE:RE:King Scorpion,Take a look at what I wrote in the other thread, but it must definitely effects your other PYR holding...... A PYR spinoff is definitely likely great, but your PYR shares will go down in value immediately by the value of the spun company......... BASICALLY: PYR before spin = PYR+Spinoff after the spin.......... So if the market cap of PYR was a billion, then the market cap of PYR and its spin would be a billion, meaning the share price of PYR drops immediately and is compensated by the price of your new spinoff shares....... If it's done right however, it should allow PYR+Spinoff to be worth more overall as time goes by, so we win as shareholders!.... Cheers!

But could you please answer what I asked you in my 12:23 pm post.
Thanks.

Snowdrift. Accountants comb the books and come to an agreed upon valuation of the spin off. Then they decide upon a float (number of shares issued; probably something easily divided by the float of the current parent company) and divide it by their valuation. Then depending on how many shares of pyr you have you get your little cut of the new entity. It does not affect your current holdings in pyr. It's extra.
Thanks so much for providing this answer. And boy, is it ever fantastic !!!!!! I'm having a nice glass of Barolo wine this evening, in anticipation of the Additives spinoff. Zippadee doo dah, zippadee ay .....
