Am I doing the right thing? FYI, I did my DD so I'm confident enough to invest everything
I even convinced my 2 children to invest their own money in their own investor account. Now convinving my sister to invest.
Long and stong PYR!
I personally am overweight in PYR, but that fits okay with my risk profile. You should not be asking investment advice from discussion board members. You never know what their motives are and they do not know all of your financial background. Investment decisions should be tailored to your personal situation, taking into account age, savings, debt profile, employment situation and reliability, and forward looking goals.
The way you stated, you only have 2 shares in your portfolio which is really bold and daring. But, to each his own... Both my daughters in law also have asked me to invest for them recently which I did and have guarranteed them that their original investment won't lose a single cent. Modesty aside, my average price is way, way below that even if it goes down to $2.00, which will never happen, I will still be comfortably ahead.. Have an open mind when asking for advice in a forum like this. Have a Sieve-like mind and winnow the chafe like "planting rice is never fun". Above all, have faith in your investing skills and enjoy the ride. Mabuhay....
