as far as torch deals go, we heard from the company just days ago, and received a very clear idea of where things stand... they are deep in negotiations, and speaking further about any of it in public is not advised since it could weaken PYRs position (and likely not even permitted if there is an privacy agreement in place between parties)... Peter is no fool, and knows this...
PLEASE, stop pressuring for "news" over and over...
also, stop setting expectations too high, both with timing and size of deals... some of what is posted here is crazy talk and entertainment, yet incredibly, not everyone realizes that...
I would not rule out some sort of update regarding uplisting the shares at the AGM... that is certainly related to the "business" of the company...
