All uplists have to do it. It's nothing exceptional.
It's a drop in the bucket. PYR is massively, massively, massively under floated, so any additional shares would hardly be a dilution. This will likely be one of the lowest floated companies on the TSX, though don't quote me on that.
There is nothing unattractive about these shares, cmon man.
