Client A Torch Order.
Based on the information provided in yesterdays news release in regards to the inalization of Client A,s contract the deal for torches must be significant!
They would not be spending so much time on a contract if it was for only a few torches and must be a minimum of 50 torches or one plant at a time!
Note peter also stated he would expect the customer to begin a program to replace all its fossil fue burners after the negotiaton. Hence this is a minimum of 50 torches and 1 plant.
I also dont think the customer is requesting a leasing option and is peters idea to give the customer multiple options in order to secure the sale. Leasing is not uncommon when dealing with products that have a very high value.
Personnally to me I would prefer all sales be based on a lease agreement for numerous reasons.
1. recurring monthly revenue.
2. increased revenue due to reduced discounts on leasing deals
3. Increased revenue from the maintenance of the plasma torches by PYR employees.
4. Most important to me is PYR employees will be inside the customers facilities on a regular basis due to the maintenance contract and can provide invaluable information in regards to what the customer is thinking and to keep possible competitiion at bay!
My only suggestion to PYR is to vet their press releases thoroughly before release to ensure we do not have a repeat of yesterday. Perhaps an outside marketing firm can help!!
