RE:RE:RE:RE:I’ve downsized my holdings

RE:RE:RE:RE:I’ve downsized my holdingsHey Roy, yeah sorry I thought you would have seen where I’m getting that Neutral comment from since Peter said it a few times right after the update.

And with thanks to him I took it as a great learning tool to use in my investing( mid term) investing that is.
I’m now neutral in not loving the stock but not hating it. Actually great strategy, no?

Anyways here’s one response from Agoracom question that he states it a couple times. This was  Nov 12th at 10:38est.

Might I add I really like Peter and what PYR is doing. Just bitter about the late day “ Over the neutral moon drop” after it caught more then just myself in a unnecessary scenario of trying to read it after it was released for 23minutes and simultaneously watching the stock tank over a dollar at time I got to 4 torch’s. Burnt myself. Fkn rights I did. Did it really have to happen that way to get the best results for PYR. Fk no

gl guys...and nice to see ya held strong Sandy Souci! Missed your grounded wisedom. Hope ya get back to things soon.

Dear Kenny,

Welcome on board.

We did not consider this to be material news. If we thought so we would have halted the stock (as we have in the past) or waited until after hours.

This was an update/summary of what was happening in our Iron ore palletization offering so that new investors, and future investors, could go to one spot and read a summary. We felt it was a neutral release, if not, slightly positive

We have done this many many times in the past without having such an effect. Nothing in that press release justifies the drop in the stock price. If anything it was, as I said, neutral or slightly positive.

Had I called a conference call to give an update I would have been laughed out of town, and for good reason. BTW: we have never ever had a conference call to announce news…not for our biggest Drosrite contract (+$20MM) or our recent Navy contract (>$10MM).

Rest assured if we thought this news would have had such an effect, we would have handled if differently, however nothing in that press release would have led us to believe there would have been much effect on the stock.

Hope that helps,

Peter

To your other points here's your own words "abortion of an update" "punch to the teeth" "4 torch moon update" "Peters own words regarding that update" "Neutral"  Here's Peters actual words regarding that update " the only reason we decided to pursue this strategy was that we believe we could make a hell of a lot more money doing this" "plus recurring revenue at that!!!" Wow, you're right that does sound pretty "Neutral" to me and an "abortion of an update" As an investor i'm terrified the CEO found a better way to make even more money and open up a larger pool of potential clients. Awful I tell ya...

Waxwing wrote: So a man starts out with let’s say 7000 shares, takes a hit from an abortion of an update...buys back in but only half what he had before. After a day or two sells half what he holds.
Takes the powder and spreads it around.
Did I not downsize?

You know what I get from reading your posts? It’s something along the lines of a previous member that is now using a alias as his previous one will have no more credibility. Is this about right?

If so I have a guess who ya were before the shame.

PteRoy wrote: That's interesting, your previous posts say you panic sold during the last news release, I guess "downsizing" is the word you're going with? You followed up with having no understanding of what the news release even meant and just sold based on how the market was reacting? Then you went on a rant about how awful Peter was to do this. Now you're pissed off and have decided to spread FUD because of your own mistakes. Good story
Waxwing wrote: And have taken a recent punch to the teeth here from that last over the “ 4 torch Moon update” as I’ll call it.
Peters own words regarding that update have me in a total different world regarding my investment here.
Neutral! Absolutely Neutral! Very slightly positive. Like all are saying...get back to small percent of portfolio and it’s actually quite enjoyable again. Not much worry.

Since the last “update “ I take everyone’s word and mix it all together. After all nobody here can really predict how it may turn out short term, mid term or long term.
