There most probably will not be another torch news.
You can't have a torch sale then less than 24hrs later announce another one.
If they were close to a sale, then they would have waited and released both
sales at the same time

Very unlikely.

They also haven't HALTED the stock when they have released important news.
I am surprised that it is halted now.
