PYR MD&A / Q3 points fund mgrs will glean VERY IMPORTANT

Today's Q3 results were historic  and huge. Here are very important key points that smart money will be looking at and glean. 

1. SHARED BASED COMPENSATION

• $3.017M was included in the financials as an expense for accounting purposes
• What instiitutional, fund mgrs and smart money will glean from the Q3 Financials is actual cash flows and discern and realize the non cash expenses. 

From Pg 4 of the MD & A  - Share-based expense   ($3,017,408)   is employee options

*Options @$4.41  granted on July 16,2020 as per press released July 16,2020

** NOTE: - This was a non cash expense based on employee options granted by the company for motivational purposes.
Accounting treats it like salary for accounting purposes BUT does not reflect on cash basis so we must net it out to understand the financial metrics properly. 

• Thus adding back this ($3,017,408) to the NOI stated gives and actual $3,122,547. 

2. Strategic Investments 

• $15.15M increase in HPQ  Strategic Investments is NOT an idependent investment. 
• HPQ consists of only a few people and a board - PYR is doing all the work
• PYR team, facility,tech/engineering etc ie HPQ is breathing and living bc of PYR
• IF PYR invested in a seperate independent investment totally unrelated like let's say Pfizer one can say oh what a bonus BUT not in this case as HPQ is highly dependent on PYR. 
• This is legally and for practical purposes directly related to PYR's performance

3. Looking Forward:

• PYR historically had revenues at best of $5-7M per annum but now they just reported $8.15M for Q3.  EPS of $.10 is extremely stellar and PYR will continue and build upon. 
• Current cash on hand of $17M , NO DEBT on balance sheet and $36M in backlock signed contracts.
• As Pete stated he is buillding a business dynasty previously stated 'empire' and truly is warp speed.
