As Mr.Pascali owns 50% of PYR doesn't the above make him a net buyer of PYR albeit indirectly?
Considering Mr.Pascali owns 77,000,000 shares of PYR selling 44,000 of them to put some cash in his jeans after all his hard work is a drop in the ocean.
I think probably tomorrow, Monday, the cockroaches will come out screaming CEO Insider selling to scare folks. I for one will ignore them.
