He wasn't posting at open because he thought he was helping anybody.   Otherwise the subject line wouldn't have read "Dont shoot the messenger". 

He was either posting to instill doubt, or he didn't even look at the content of the link he posted.  

Either way, his motives are real suspect in my opinion.   

But again, just my opinion.
