Hi guys,
just to be sure: Do they have to go to NASDAQ 3 days after the announcement OR are they allowed to (as early as min 3 days after announcement)?

Meaning, if the latter would be the case, they could just get rid of the announcement necessity (more or less silently) while still waiting as long as they wish for the ultimate action, say for the contracts to be finalized and/or an optimal moment regarding the actual macrosituation at the stock markets.

Please anyone just give a simple answer to this point, would be appreciated.

Gee

Pretty sure now that everything is approved its in Peters hands to give NASDAQ three days notice. He also said he would give the three day notice when it is most benificial to the company and share holders which reading between the lines means he is preparing a big NR to conicide with the uplisting to NASDAQ
