RE:InventoryWas wondering the same thing 18months ago when we were told that 100’s and possibly 1000’s torches would be needed.
The answer then was that Peter said, it can all be handled with subcontracting some parts.
My take on this is they would have to wait for an official contract before they start buying and subcontracting millions$ in material.

I think we will find out in the upcoming financials as they would be reported as inventory, or assets ready to be sold.
