I'm not involved enough here to look into that but I'm following this out of interest.

If that's so, I wouldn't be too happy.

The company made 5 different press releases back to back to back to back between May 19th and June 2nd.

Between those dates the stock ran from $2.42 to $3.88.

If he was selling into that I wouldn't be overjoyed.

He's perfectly entitled to do so, but it presents bad optics.
