Anyone who is issued a summons needs to counter sue, for Peter has had some false statements in past,They do have to hand you the notice in person and a quebec civil court is recognized as foreign in Ontario and takes alot more money to proceed with the suit if it is granted permission.A judgement in Quebec will mean nada if you live outside of that juridsticrion,

  • that the representation was made in a place to which the public had access..............Go over every statement that Peter has put out and you will find some that turned out to be false...
