Well I did take a closer look over the weekend, and as it happens, PYR's closing balance of HPQ shares on June 30th was 25,610,600 shares.
On September 30th it was 22,928,100 shares.
Pyr sold 2,682,500 HPQ in the 3rd quarter.
No big surprise there.
They're short on cash.
