Wrong!

Wrong! The role of Chairman is largely one of being the company's figurehead, with little or nothing to do with the day-to-day operations of the company.

Here are some average salaries of Chairpersons across Canada:

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia: $104,766 per year

Vancouver, British Columbia: $179,531 per year

Toronto, Ontario: $184,270 per year

Burnaby, British Columbia: $202,958 per year

Ottawa, Ontario: $406,084 per year

Maybe you should ask yourselves why he left in the first place.

Did he resign or was he fired?

Take a guess.

And who do you think fired him when the stock was fine, and then re-hired him when the stock is struggling and the  company can't produce material news on the revenue front to turn things around?

And who's been collecting the Chairman's salary in the interim?

Being the Chairman of a company is the ultimate ultimate cushy job.

It doesn't put a dime in the company's coffers.

This is a completely transparent PR ruse.

This is fluff.

The market will laugh at this.

And by the way, the Chairman of the board Toronto Dominion Bank was on the board of directors of Xebec for two years right up until Xebec was delisted

This morning's news from Pyrogenesis is meaningless
