Most of these old pellets plants that you are refering to will be shut down in 10-20 years because they are producing high silica iron ore pellets which need to be processed by existing conventional carbon blast furnace.

This is why Arcelor is building the largest in the world integrated flotation/ pellets plants in Port Cartier  to make low silica pellets which will be reduced using Hydrogen in their new DRI/  EAF plant being built in Europe. Vale is following suite in the Middle East with Hydrogen DRI ( Direct Reduced Iron).

Keep dreaming if you think that any large co will waste ressource time and energy by investing in obsolete technology. And dont worry...2050 is tomorrow to revolutionize the steel industry.
Go back to school son...stop spreading stupid info.
GLTA

2050 as you state is MORE than enough lifespan for PYR torches which have an economic life of 15-20 years.   PYR plasma torches are more cost efficient , saves on expensive carbon taxes and helps produce better quality iron ore pellet at the upstream stage.  AND they are plug and play which can swap out exisitng diesel burners.

As IF the industry is not interested in them NOW...oh wait they spent millions on them and did FAT and SAT on site on their locations and are testing them.

Long and strong PYR!!!!!!!!
