Bernard states that the entity that are seriously interested w NDA signed has a market cap in the billions.
Also yes indeed he definitely states that he would be very dissapointed if  there isn't a buyout offer or a JV with one of the big fumed silica players by the time the pilot plant for the fumed silica is set up.
