Why has the trust been selling shares while he's been buying shares ??

Basically they're a wash, and while Ontario and Qubec don't share the same civil law code ( they do share the same criminal code ) and while I'm not 100% conversant with Qubec civil law, I'm quite sure that trusts are protected in bankruptcy in Qubec.
