You've only posted bash FUD and negative slant on Pyrogenesis.

To be clear:

1. I only knew of this company when a promoter of this company, "science first" promoted this on another stockboard

2. I am an fact based investor

3. What you interpret as a negative slant, is my reporting of facts, based on regulatory filings. If this bothers you complain to PYR AND REGULATORY AUTHORITIES THAT produce this information

4. It is suprising that you are quickly dismissing what appear to be serious allegations.

These Allegations incliude "Pascali and the company failed to comply with disclosure obligations under securities legislation, and that Pascali and Curleigh failed to comply with fiduciary duties as directors of the company. "
The sections they are alleged to have violated are:

199.1. A person who directly or indirectly engages or participates in any transaction or series of transactions in securities or any trading method relating to a transaction in securities, or in any act, practice or course of conduct is guilty of an offence if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the transaction, series of transactions, trading method, act, practice or course of conduct

(1)  creates or contributes to a misleading appearance of trading activity in, or an artificial price for, a security; or

(2)  perpetrates a fraud on any personhttps://www.securitieslitigation.blog/2022/08/fraudulent-transaction-offence-at-s-199-1-quebec-securities-act-a-mens-rea-offence-autorite-des-marches-financiers-c-goyette-2022-qccq-2872/

Separately, the AMF is also seeking orders prohibiting Mr. Pascali and Mr. Curleigh to act as an officer or director of a reporting issuer for 5 years.”https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2023/08/31/pyrogenesis-provides-update-on-amf-investigation

Alll IMO, all my interpretation fwiw
do not buy based anything you were here, especially when I write, or with anyone else writes. Do your own research.
Very organised response for somebody who wants to stay clear of this company. Seems extremely suspicious what you are doing here.

I am organized in my approach to equities yes. In terms of motivation, I dont post here much, usually when there is material information (such as tyhe recent allegations by regulatory authorities to this company).

It helps me reevaluate my initial assessment, and learn from that-an iterative process.

I've learned a lot about the behavioural aspects of investing and speculating from boards like this. I've also learned how to avoid frauds, particularly those where there are promoters with vested interests, and those that keep telling a story which emotionally can hook an individual in. My failure to be adept at this in the past, motivates me for sure, in continuing along to follow this, and if there's some public service in doing so. That's great. I'm pretty well the worst person you might want to have on your board if your goal is to promote this based on hope and the story, especially when the facts are directly against your narrative.

I have never shorted, and bam a long only independent investor, that lives off passive income comfortably-so I do enjoy the process.

One thing that I found very interesting, is that the promoters, who have a self interest, will spend the majority of their time attacking those who post facts about the company, and try to redirect the discussion towards the motivation of those making the posts, and continuing the narrative. they hardly ever are able to address the objective data.

They hardly ever are able to converse about the financials, and the business operations of the firm. It's always smoke and mirrors, insult, distract, and go back to the narrative. You seem to have mastered this technique
Textbook Fudster talk. Typical.
