Will the BofD act with fiduciary responsibility and duty of care?

Precisely. The Quebec regulator, AMF, is also trying to  prohibiting Pascali and nCurleigh to act as an officer or director of a reporting issuer for 5 years.

Why would they do this unless they had good information?

A red flag, coupled with the risk of insolvency, and fact they were prohibited by regulators from raising funds before

Seriously
Who do you trust -promoters on a stock board or regulators

All IMO
Dont rely on m,y thoughts and definitely not pumpers
Do your own dd
The question that should be raised is why are you posting constant FUD.

Again, back to you-why cant you discusss the financials, and recent regulatory concerns compared to attacking other posters? This is supposed to be a stock discussion board. Do you really think that it's responsible to promote a company, that has had a question about insolvencyimo,, and now regulatory actions being announced against it? how can you justify that? There are a number of posters on here that are asking these questions, yet you seem to think it's OK to insult them and make accusations.

Bashing and spewing FUD 24\7 is not a discussion
