Keep in mind that Peter (and PYR) are innocent until (if) things are proven in court.

Well, we don't want to cherry pick. Remember, that they have had multiple successful actions, and it also depends on which type of actions they were going for. They've been much more successful, in my understanding, in specific types of sanctions.
