Caveat Emptor II...........!!!!I'm reposting these comments (in a post which will follow this one!!) which were flagged by the numerous aliases the pumpers on this board and eventually, unduly & unjustfiably removed by a biased mod at SH who is protecting these sad but questionable people. So i STRONGLY suggest that anyone who is a holder & unsure what to do in this mess OR is an inexperienced but interested buyer, to read these comments ( and all the posts i've made on this board so far!!!) BEFORE you actually make the fatal mistake of investing here. There are some really bad actors here, VERY dubious posters who probably make a living of conning innocent folks out-of-their monies......AND SHAME on SH, total SHAME on them & their mods for encouraging this type of bevahior & protecting these crooks......
Please note, that i don't put EVERYONE on this forum in this the same boat. I understand & know there are honest investors which through not fault of their own, got "unfortunately" stuck with this trash. Maybe the only thing these people are cupable for are for is maybe listening to the wrong folks & making BAD investment decisions. This is ONLY targeted towards the handful few who having "purposely" pumping & promoting this train wreck trash throughtout the last few years. I DO NOT need to mention THE name, because you KNOW WHO these people are. And after doing some investigation, and asking some questions, i found out MOST are from the same PLACE with the SAME MO, peddling the SAME trash on different forums. And get this, most of these questionable frauds or bad invesments coming out of Kuebec (like i warned many in the to be carefull about!!)!!! So i suspect many of these crooks are probably working out of there!! So heads up & be aware.
AND SHAME on SH for doing nothing about this!!!! As they are quick to censor ANY negative comments towards the company & these people, at their behest btw, but are unwilling & turn a blind eye when these folks are perpetrating these crimes. What does THAT say about SH as a realible plarform and their reputation a decent source of information when dubious folks are spreading blantant lies? It gets completely tarnished more than it already is and renders it to a junk status where people do not take it seriously anymore as "good" & "sound" source for investments.
So heed my words my friends, and read the comments that follow this post. It MAY save your livelyhood & a good part of your hard earned money. AND YES, resoundingly YES.... i STILL rec'd you GTHO of this ASAP before you lose everything you have remaining here. The company is in deep financial troubles, and is starving for some much needed cash infusions, and one ONLY has to look at the balance sheet to understand this as FACT. And what folks need to understand here regarding their precarious situation, is that you DONT give up a valuable Nasdaq listing that easily or out-of-the-blue. This wan't NOT "technically" a volantary act from mgmt, they were on a deadline from their initial advisement from Nasdaq and time was running out and options VERY limited. They were gonna lose that lsiting by force anyway, so to make it "look" better for the company, they did it "volantarily" before NASDAQ did it for them. THOSE are the FACTS, and do not let anyone tell you otherwise.
