Ok, in terms of food for thought, can you provide us yours on why so much of accounts receivable is outstanding?  Who is not paying up?  Somehow it sounds incredible that the world's largest, lowest cost facility owners can't pay for systems that are supposedly serving them well.

Unless they arent serving them well. 
When Acoounts receivable arent received, is it because the customer isnt accepting the product?
IMO, fwiw, not investment advice
