Actually, I believe there are two systems still waiting for delivery.
There used to be.
If there's only one left, the question is "why did the company deliver one when payment for almost half the contract has been in arrears for over a year?"
I really wonder if the company hasn't already booked the revenues.
Some might scoff at the thought, but I wouldn't put it past them.
