What are you trying to promote?
It is looking more like 10 days down south kind of vacation, maybe a cruise where some destinations require a visa. Maybe with his son Alex, CEO of DI who owes $8M to PYR for the past 2 years.
Call it a business trip, negotiating some kind of settlement.
Workation they call it. LOL
