I was thinking the same thing... Perhaps it's a hint. Could HPQ Polvere maybe sign a joint venture with a legacy fumed silica giant and be giving up some equity in the deal? I guess only time will tell, but that verbage about the remaining equity being split 50/50 is interesting.

Why does it suddenly say Pyro can convert their 10% royalty into a 50% stake of HPQ Polvere's REMAINING equity?

Remaining to me say 50% of whats left. Where is the equity going? Pretty sure it used to say Pyro can convert their 10% royalty into a 50% stake of HPQ Polvere. Not of the remaining equity.

Any idea why it is suddenly worded that way?
