Norst Hydro's press release comes across like a project that is well  underway. . Pyro announced  participating in this almost 2 years ago  (Apr 22 )  In your Nov 2022 link the   computational fluid dynamics  study was " well underway"   .  It appears these only take 3 to 5 weeks according to online sources.
