I took some guesses as to what ARs contain, but full analysis would require knowledge of who the parties are associated with those ARs. Is AR for Radian accounted for as fully allowed for so that it is effectively not showing, or is that something else. I don't know.
To Melida's point, yes company tried to explain this situation, and he trusts that it will is a win/win. I like a little bit more beef before having such confidence. If I am to have confidence in company's word, then the actions have to reflect the words. The latest word after years of having a chance to get a good grasp on the situation is that repayments are starting this quarter. We have not heard of any, so the source for confidence is not strong. But that is just me and based on my experience here. Those that will argue otherwise need to present some facts to back them up, rather than admiting to all the things that were said did not happen and then profess confidence that it doesn't matter.
