It's unbelievable that bashers had the audacity to try to spin this in a negative manner. Didn't Pyro deliver on exactly what the bashers have been complaining about?

Note that Pascali, yesterday, restated the accounting issue that bashers were falsely representing. Accounting regulations required Pyro to show the Radian funds as past due, even though the contract was amended to specifically allow delayed payments. Furthermore, during Pascali's off script comments during the last telephone conference, he confirmed the win-win scenario inherent in the amended terms of this contract.
