I think the highlighted portion says it all, I mean how much clearer does he have to say it. Many many companies working the torches into their GHG reduction strategy !! This again reinforces the fact that everyone wants and needs these torches to meet their GHG reduction targets.

further to your post MIR1, I really liked Peters response to an inquiry on Agorcom recently (sorry I can't locate the post) where he would not discuss 'ceilings' because he found 'ceilings limiting' I think he added 'hope that helps'. So many subtle (or not so subtle) hints being thrown out. IMO we are in for the rides of our life very soon when one or more of those
