1 contrato s.v.p.

A first signal is sent as pyr must announce a contract to justify and solidify the value of the share.

First contract will propel the sp over 10 $ ( read from 10$ to .... ? 20 , 30 50 $ ? )  and will solidify the value from then on. This 5ish $ shares are truly a gift. News is coming

Well in that case we all grab the phone and call the company for an update and ask to speak to Peter if possible. On the other hand use Agoracom. If he shows up there have your questions Not the type of questions where you are asking how many screws go on the torch The kinda detail even the installers don't know. All.we need to know is update on companies ABC and Update on companies lined up ...more

There is alot if unbridled enthusiasm for this stock here, it sounds like it has a lot of potential, but given the $800m mkt cap and $38m backlog, it's safe to say that the Torch contracts are already priced into the stock. I think everybody is expecting torch contracts totalling over $1b, with high margin unit prices around $3m and no capital raises required? Tall order, let's see if they ...more

...this 'advice' from a newly minted member of SH (Aug 3,  2020. Appears to be soft-bashing especially with his references to a possible capital raise. Sowing seeds of doubt, exactly what soft bashers attempt to do......

Read this Twerpy before you make stupid comments. You're obviously not a shareholder or most likely, part of a nefarious group of  twatwaffles(tm) trying to get newbie investors to sell so you can scoop up cheap shares. MazerRR wrote: This summary post [posted 07-15-2020] looks at PyroGenesis, their technology applications, and the status of their projects. It is meant to be an aid to ...more

Well this person obviously hasn't read anything about pyr or anything Peter has said lol. Embarrassing really ! Terrible attempt at soft bashing !!
Comment by developbc on Aug 08, 2020 1:53am
Definitely soft basher as many already clearly refuted the nonsensical comments : If the market believed the billion dollars of torch orders done deal..the so would be easily double or more at bare minimum. Peter stated clearly there will be no need of any capital raises currently and for the foreseeable future.  Having a investment banking finance background he will also know how to best ...more

Yeah u must have just woke to PYR and I can tell,.you pretty much don't know half.of it You don't have shares that is obvious enough and u figure you can come here hoping to scare share holders to selling causing panic. Your DD is not even comparable to ours So dont act like an analysts Qrept

QREWPT---I would like to show you (without bashing you) where your market cap argument is flawed.  To say that a possible billion dollar contract or portion of has already been priced in is ludicrous--this is not Amazon, Apple or Merck (or how about NVAX with a 9.9 billion market cap with NO product on the market at this time) where in each case a half a billion or billion dollar contract is ...more

I think we are very like minded--I have invested for close to 40 years now--I have learned over the years to put a lot of emphasis on market cap when I invest-I am probably a lot older than you so you are way ahead of me (and wiser) in your emphasis on market cap--I have sold positions and/or have not invested in what looked to be a good company simply because I could not justify the high market ...more

Questions on margins, fcf, $/torch, capital raise/dilution Sorry guys noticed couple of typos. Maybe good to update few comments to avoid confusion as well.  No share dilution: Peter stated clearly there will be no need of any capital raises currently and for the foreseeable future.  Having a investment banking finance background he will also know how to best structure ...more

Thanks for all the info developbc. Everybody else seems a little touchy when talking about risk, what company doesn't have risks? I am new to the company, based on the news releases its obvious that this company has a lot of positives, but it's impossible to assign a sensible value to the company without considering risks, which nobody talks about. So mgmt has said that they won't ...more

ALL Pyrs contracts have upfront deposits of at least 30%, with milestone payments throughout the term. The sale value of the Torches is directly relative to the inherent value to Clients Opex savings, and the ROI is approx 2yrs at $3MM per torch...

Just going to click and paste something I typed out bc I feel Pyrogenesis will never satisfy Qrewpt....let's just compare notes at Christmas and just leave it bc it's just cluttering up this forum thus everyone feels you have an agenda when you ask the very same question over and over with your very short profile history.  Takeactionnow is that you??? Summary why these contracts ...more
