TSX uplisting
Several months ago when we were discussing our intial TSX uplisting I did say PYR does not have enough shares to satisfy institutions This is not a bad thing Look. Pascali owns 50% of the total shares This does not leave enough shares for jnstitutions who upon starting a coverage on PYR may wanna acquire more than 10mil shares Some mid to large companies are followed by more than 5 analysts some in fact are followed by 15 to 20 analysts 70 mil shares floating on the open market will not satisfy the need of the institutions. So PP makes sense or reverse split where shares double but s.p becomes 1/2 This option i would not do till PYR has earnings

Shopify has just over 100 million shares. And I dont think PYR will pique the Shopify kind of institutional interest. But yes, 1 individual controlling a corporation may concern institutions.
