PYR is uniquely positioned

Check out Mr. Radin's profile:
https://www.pyrogenesis.com/dvteam/robert-m-radin/

I
have a hot take for the group, I don't know of many other companies that a positioned so perfectly between the defence industry, green carbon tech, electric batteries, 3D printing, and so much more (like tunnels?). It's a cornucopia of verticals that are each being leveraged for future success.

Investment in PYR is a multi variable hedge in this market and I can't see a downside to owning it long. Short term stuff like the election is going to be a minor factors for this puppy as we continue to grow. Honestly I think either way it turns out will positive for us

A fantastic first choice as he is well versed on PYRs accomplishments to date & it's future. Note: 3 independent directors are required to list on the TSX. Note: the 2 other independent directors would be Dr. Virendra Jha & Rodney Beveridge.   Looking real good from where I'm sitting.  Enjoy the ride ahead folks.  Best wishes to All, good health,   ...more

Who in their right mind would ever doubt that the contracts are not coming soon. The appointment of Robert M. Radin as an independent director to the board speak volume to this fact. Faced with the prospect of delivering over 1000 torches will require organization, discipline, clear directives, great chain of command, and ingenuity... All of which has been demonstrated by Robert M Radin during his ...more

Ooops, Louis...Mr. Radin has been a director of PYR since Feb 2012. A lesson for a few of you, you gotta do some research on a topic you want to comment on.

Point well taken. Thank for the correction. Based on the NR today it would appear that Robert M Radin got an enhanced role on the board. An Independent Director role is larger than the mere directorship role in that they are actively involved in the governance of the company's operation, Which is all I was reflecting on barring my lack of research.

Louis, there is no difference in governance responsibilities as an independent or CEO. Plus he was always an independent. Give up a topic you are nof well versed on.

Thanks canyousayii as I could not readily remember exactly when he had joined up with PYR but knew he had been for a good # of years. Now upwards & onwards.   As I continue to buy PYR shares, I have now 3 current gold posts of a good buy for PYR. Less than $ 3.60 ( current bought deal - super buy ), less than $ 4.00 ( current PYR option offering - super buy), and less than $ 4.41 ...more

Topseeker, given Radin's background, i would fully expect that he had opened some doors for the Navy contracts. If he can find a way to push any and all products the US military way, that will be a heck of a contribution.

Absolutely.  Peter & his team are Hard driving this firm to Blue Chip. All we have to do, IMO, is slip those PYR shares under our pillows, sleep tight, sleep well & dream very very well.   Dreams do come true when solid DD has been done & knowing/understanding great value when you see it.  Time to invest, if not already ? !  It's always left up to ...more

Topseeker: BOY OH BOY, is it ever good to hear from you every once in a while... you are a breath of fresh air, and always have something reasonable, level-headed, and well thought out to say... this board has become so overrun with shorts plus crazy posters who only want to get people to sell their shares... and several who only want to get a rise out longs and in the process some attention...  ...more
