Awesome Response From Peter!

Dear Olderguy1,

Where do you get the information to conclude that the pandemic probably has large capital expenditures on hold at Customers A, B, and C?  Where did you read that? Where did you read that any iron ore pelletization plant in the world has put on hold large capital expenditures?  Just one…anywhere?

I can understand that expansion plans requiring capital may be put on hold, but I haven’t seen that either…but then again, I’m not sensitive to those type of cuts so I may have missed that news flash.

The expenditures we are talking about to replace fossil fuel burners with our plasma torches is to improve the status quo…not expansion.  It is to improve the production that is already taking place.  Which by the way in many instances is ALREADY funded.  So why wouldn’t a plant continue to improve existing infrastructure?  Impending economic doom and gloom you say?  Depression even?  Well, wouldn’t plants want to cut costs on some part of their existing infrastructure in such an environment? You can make money by increasing revenues…or?...that’s right…decreasing expenses!

Oh, and by the way…I didn’t hear that due to the pandemic green house gas reduction targets were being rescinded by the various authorities, did you?  Just asking….

I think I am also on record as saying that we can install remotely given the very capable engineering expertise that is typically employed by iron ore pelletizers…

All in all I am not concerned by the issues you brought up.  I am aware of them as we should be, but not concerned.

Hope that helps you sleep a bit better.

Sincerely,

Peter

Peter just verified what I said about the plasma torches being installed " remotely. " using a video link & the iron ore companies maintenance staff to do the switch to plasma torches. 2-3 technicians can switch 1 torch in a few hours. A very simple job. From that time forward the company will begin a massive reduction in GHG , and carbon taxes paid ...uncleron is always right ...more

I think you are under estimating the work involved. They have ro remove the existing torch and supporting infrastructure or make ready a new location for the new torch. They have to provide an electrical supply and possibly infrastructure for control and supply of whatever gas they are burning to create the plasma. Then they will likely have to shut down or pause production while they switch over ...more

Always the 'optimist' right Olderguy1? As someone with considerable industrial knowledge I can advise that a retrofit of this nature will be fairly easy for the typical tradespeople (electicians, pipe fitters, I&C techs, riggers etc) found in an industrial mfg facility using burner tech.  Plus you really think that PYR engineers would have no clue how to help / direct or add ...more

Give it a rest you Old Fart. This issue has been addressed numerous times. Eat a bag of chips and re-read the information on this.

You claim to be a long yet are constantly soft bashing this stock. You seem to clearly have some hidden agenda but either way what expertise do you have in knowing anything about industrial installations? Does there need to be downtime? Maybe how much only Pyrogenesis knows... but in my best estimate they will have 90% of the install done and do a swap on a weekend or off shift. This kind of stuff ...more

I'd just like to add that Peter stated many times there will be NO DOWNTIME OF THE OVEN for the replacement of the burner for torches.   In my field of work (IT sysadmin), we have a concept called redundancy in which we put more equipment in that is needed so that production is unaffected in case of a failure or to be able to take down one element for maintenance/replacement without ...more

The meat puppet works for the shorters. Peter should not fall for such communiques.  Meat puppet did what we call an attempt of forced communication .  He is attempting to pull information for his handlers so they can make the best calculated gamble with their short positions. It’s obvious. I’d like to see Peter ignore these things and let  this play out. You are either in or out. ...more

It has been clearly stated by PYR Ceo that the plant can remain operational while burners are swapped out......for the love of all thats holy, pay attention....olderguy knows this, this isnt new information....put these idiots on ignore where they belong.....
Comment by developbc on Oct 29, 2020 1:48pm
Yes Peter stated in one his interviews and called it a "hot swap". Simple re/re while the plant is running  so it won't affect any operations. Peter's comments lately are very reassuring and extremely confident.   We really are inches away from uplisting to tsx senior as the pp should be closed very soon.  These iron ore pelletization plant producers definitely ...more
