the document material change is interesting nonetheless. it says drosrite tech was not covered by a patent since 2017, because new documents submitted are not yet approved.

Yes. But another news release signifying final uplist approval will announce it, then it will trade one or two days immediately after the news release. End of next week it's looking like now.
