The week ahead
This week and next are likely to be the biggest weeks in the company's history. Here's what to expect with probable days:
Share Issuance / Financing Closes - Tuesday the 10th
Will occur with a news release.
As stated in the final prospectus doc on SEDAR, the closing date is now Tuesday Nov. 10.
Keep in mind, it may happen prior as well, so Monday (tomorrow) at the earliest.
Final Approval for TSX Uplisting - Wednesday the 11th
Will occur with a news release, any time after share issuance closes.
*this assumes of course that the share issuance is the final outstanding piece of mandated criteria that PYR has to meet as part of the uplisting process.
** if financing closes Monday ahead of schedule, could push uplisting forward as well.
Trading on TSX - Thursday / Friday 12th/13th
The final approval news release will state when trading on the TSX commences, which is usually either the very next day or two days after the news release.

As an fyi, TMX has given PYR until late January to complete the whole process, so there is no fear of them missing some timeline. Here's the clause from the new final prospectus doc: "Final approval of the listing on the TSX is subject to the Company fulfilling all of the requirements of the TSX on or before January 19, 2021, including the completion of the Offering. **
Major Contract Announcement - Monday the 16th
Will occur by news release.
We all suspect this won't happen until either:
1/ the share issuance closes, so possibly any time from tomorrow the 9th, until next Wednesday the 11th and beyond, or
2/ until after the uplisting, any time from (at the earliest) next Tuesday the 10th to the week following.

I would not expect a sales announcement a day or two after listing on the TSX. More a week or two after. But, it doesnt matter...if folk cant wait for a couple of weeks or a month, they are not in for an investment but for a trade. With the US election over and tons of earnings announcements, and Covid strengthening, you can lay a bet on market volatility in general.

I don't know if Pyrogenesis will follow TSX reporting rules again this quarter or not, but if they do.... Q3 Earnings report should also come out this week!

Yes! I thought the exact same thing after I write that post. So add Q3 report to the list, likely after trading and before contract.

I'd like to see them ring that (virtual) TSX Bell when they do. A stepping stone to the big boy NASDAQ afterwards. Once any of the contracts are signed, the Market Makers will step in drive the sp some more. Cashed up and waiting for another dip... lost count how many dips I have picked off in the last few months... damn exhausting, almost like a full time job!
