it must be long term (permanent )leasing

it would not be logical that equipment would or could  be returned to rust somehere in one of pyr s  warehouses after a 1 year or even 5 years contract.
the torches are only useful when used in the proper iron pelleting application ,
since  these  torches are  custom made and modeled .you can t apply them somewhere else just like that .

therefore ,i don t think leasing means the equipment can be returned after a while like i feared originally .
that can not be  intended allthough the term leasing suggests that  the lease can be abandoned at the end  of the term .which would be frankly unthinkable and catastrophic .

these leases will be so good as a sale if they consist of 20 year duration agreements or longer
?

shorter timespans would be unlikely .anyways clients are satisfied with the product .testing is done
and the torches serve and suit the buyers  long term needs .

so yes this is a good thing ,if these leasing agreements are  for long term plays .

all is good
:)

Bang on Tcheckit, this leasing is as good if not better than selling.
